The answer is yes and no. Yes for most up to date browsers but no to some old ones. Unfortunelty since this is a newer technology the error messages for this issue on older browsers is less than informative. It is down right scary. It says;

Some people think opting to NOT upgrade WordPress instead of paying to make sure that their theme and plugins don’t break during an upgrade can save them money. I am here to tell you this is just not the case.
Some plugins do not maintain their settings on update, and there may be conflicts with a new WordPress version, but my experience is that this is the exception, rather than the rule.
If you don’t upgrade WordPress your site runs an increased risk of being hacked. This is unfortunately, one of the downsides of open source software – it’s also available to hackers who look for potential security holes.
I’ve seen the aftermath of sites hacked and the cost of lost business is far more expensive than upgrading and possibly having to pay a developer to tweak your theme or find a new plugin.
When you update plugins make sure to have a backup, then have the following backend pages open in different browser tabs: Widgets, the settings page(s) of the plugin(s) to be updated, and the site’s front page. This way you can see if the plugin’s settings were maintained after updating, or if there are any other issues.
Imports and exports are only for posts and comments not images.

Over the past month we have been updating clients with the latest version of WordPess 3.5. As a reminder any third-party plugins or custom themes are not guarentted to work with every version of WordPress. Microsoft Outlook doesn’t provide an easy way for users to download images that may be embedded inside an email. You can right-click an image in Outlook and copy it to the clipboard but there’s no option to you save that picture to a folder or on your desktop which can be a bit frustrating at times.
Here are some work-arounds:
Option 1: You can copy the image to the clipboard (Control+C) and paste it (Control + V) into a photo editing tool like MS Paint or Adobe Photoshop.
Option 2 Outlook 2010: Open the email message and save it as an HTML file.
(File > Save As > Web page .html) See screen shot below– this will save all the embedded pictures in one folder.
Save it to your desktop or a local folder.
Go to the desktop and open the folder that was created when you saved the files.
In the folder there will be some files for the email message but the ones you are looking for are named sequentially and end in .jpg
And that’s it. You have downloaded your images from an Outlook Email Message.
Option 3 for Outlook 2007: Open the e-mail message and under the Message tab, select Other Actions > View in Browser. This would open your email inside the default web browser as a regular HTML web page and you can right-click to save an embedded picture in whatever folder you want.
