The one below is easy to transport to and from class. We typically provide these for use in class but if you want one to keep at home this is very compact.

Some students prefer a separate mouse over the touchpad (A mouse can be connected to the Raspberry Pi even if your wireless keyboard with touchpad is connected)

If you prefer to use a monitor at home instead of a TV we have listed some options below.

You will need a DVI to HDMI adapter for this monitor (This is the type we use in class)

We have found the case to be a little heavier for carrying back and forth to class but if your child has lost their box it may be a good option.

If your child has a sibling that is also enrolled and you are purchasing a second Raspberry Pi you may not need a Raspberry Pi 3 kit with a HDMI cable. In that case you can purchase the product below. You child will still need to have their own keyboard.
